Sedona Resorts was established in 1992 by a group of senior and accomplished hoteliers to provide management and services to owners, lenders and other institutions in need of flexible, entrepreneurial, and ownership-responsive hospitality services. Most importantly, however, we are also investors and joint venture partners, looking to participate in the acquisition and management of quality hospitality assets where we feel our experience and personal commitment can significantly enhance the value of the property for ur investors.

In addition to extensive experience within the United States, Sedona Resorts and its principals are well recognized within the travel industry internationally. In fact, the current issue of Travel & Leisure's Worlds Best Awards includes five in its Top 100 Hotels in the World. Similarly, Condé Nast Traveler Magazine's Gold List published earlier this year lists nine.

Our primary investment objective is to maximize long-term financial returns on investments for a select few boutique-sized hotel and resort properties. These assets are professionally managed by our group of unusually qualified and talented hotel and resort professionals who make a significant personal commitment to the success of our projects.
