Two ballrooms, the elegant 1,600-square-foot Sabal Ballroom and the 1,170-square-foot The Aviary, feature inviting décor, refreshing lakeside views and floor-to-ceiling French doors. Five breakout rooms, and a richly appointed permanent boardroom, provide flexible and intimate options, and our beautiful 2,400-square-foot Lakeside Terrace transforms ordinary breaks and receptions into memorable events.
Private dining venues include the Orange Grove accommodating up to 120 guests, and the Four Diamond award-winning Plantation Room for up to 60 guests, featuring a décor of cherry hardwood floors, lazy paddle fans and views of the covered terrace. Chef Tiffany Sawyer and her culinary staff create an extraordinary dining experience, and can also provide off-site catering as needed.
