Our meeting and banqueting rooms offer 6500 square feet of function space in nine rooms, including a 14-seat boardroom, and can accommodate up to 600 guests. Our Conference Service staff and audio-visual team are available to assist your every need. The Churchill Ballroom and Saratoga Room now feature state-of-the-art sound and LCD / video projection systems.
Function Rooms
Saratoga
Enter through 12-foot-high, glass-paned double doors to a spacious room with mahogany trim and horse accents.
Special touches include horse-printed tile inlays crowning the room and framed horse prints including the famous Skip Trial and Tactical Advantage. Satin wallpaper, crystal chandeliers, and wall sconces decorate the room, and a unique private buffet area is accessible through glass doors.
Immediately outside the room are tall, glass window boxes decorated by local designer Caroline Burgeson. The room is perfect for family reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners, business cocktail hour, or anniversary parties.
Belmont
Also known as the Boardroom, this spacious room features an 18-foot solid cherry wood table and large leather executive chairs. Mahogany trim and a decorative soffit ceiling top off the satin wallpaper.
Hung over the prestigious table are two large brass chandeliers, and a towering rich wood china cabinet sits behind the head of the table. Decorated with paintings of hunting horses, and brass wall sconces, this room is perfect for an executive meeting of the minds or a private formal dinner party.
Aqueduct and Keeneland
Sister adjoining rooms are identical, with satin wallpaper, rich wood molding, and oriental-style carpeting. Perfect for symposium-style meetings. Simultaneous presentations can take place in each room and then the dividing wall can be opened for a concluding reception.
Pimlico
Featuring ornate soffit ceiling, rich wood decorative molding, and lighted ficus trees, this is the perfect room for an intimate affair. Ideal for a small soirée or meeting.
Churchill Ballroom
Five identical rooms combine to make the stunning Churchill Ballroom. The ballroom features a separate side entrance, oriental carpeting, coat check area, 10-foot-round glass and brass chandeliers, and wall sconces.
The ceiling is an impressive 15 feet high and is the pride and joy of our engineers, who designed and built the accents in the room.
Ideal for a gala affair or elaborate corporate event.
Pre-function Area
Often used in conjunction with the Churchill Ballroom, the pre-function area features glass tables and high-backed, oversized chairs. Usually used for an hors d'oeuvres area. Our pre-function area will make your guests feel like they are celebrating in style.
