The Pacific Rim Conference Center at Turtle Bay Resort has more than 31,000 square feet of event and pre-function space perfect for group sizes up to 1,000. An experienced conference servicing team is available to assist with all program needs including menu planning, technology support and recreational activities.

- The Kahuku Ballroom is 9,040 square feet and can be divided into six meeting rooms. The prefunction space for the Kahuku Ballroom is 2,100 square feet and can be used for exhibits or receptions.
- The Kuilima Ballroom is 8,830 square feet and can be divided into three separate meeting rooms.
- The Sunset Room is 3,800 square feet, offering dramatic oceanfront views of the Pacific. The room seats 260 for banquets and up to 350 for receptions.
