The Benchmark Conference Plan is a simplified method of pricing that groups all conference-related charges into one convenient, easy-to-budget cost per attendee. It is one of the important ways a conference center helps you enhance productivity and get the most for your meeting dollar while ensuring a successful, flawlessly-executed event.
The Benchmark Conference Plan at Dolce Basking Ridge includes:
- Basic audio-visual equipment (one of each per 50 attendees: VCR, 27 monitor, overhead projector, flipchart with markers, white board with markers, podium with microphone)
- Complete dinner, breakfast and lunch served in our dining room, Cuisine
- Deluxe guest room accommodations
- Conference rooms set up to your specifications with ergonomically designed chairs (based on room set), pads, pencils, ice water, and candies
- Continuous refreshment/coffee breaks on our permanent coffee/refreshment kiosks
- Use of our on-site fitness center and facilities, swimming pool, whirlpool, multi-purpose tennis /basketball courts
