The The Hall Of Fame Inn Canton offers meeting room space for up to 300 people. Each of our meeting / banquet rooms is named after a Hall of Famer from the Canton area. Whether your meeting is for 3 people or 300, our professional sales and catering planners will handle all your needs. We offer all of the latest audio-visual equipment as well as first-class catering for your group.
Audio-visual
Audio-visual service and equipment can be ordered through our Sales office on a rental basis. Rates are quoted upon request. Audio-visual requirements must be ordered well in advance of each function to ensure availability.
Shipping and Receiving
Packages for meetings can be delivered to the hotel one working day prior to the meeting date. The following information must be included on all packages:
- Group contact's name
- Name of group
- Date of arrival
Any alternate arrangements must be approved by the Sales office. The patron is responsible for the return shipment of all packages.
Room Rentals
Our schedule of room rental fees is predicted upon factors pertaining to your group's program. Revisions in group counts, times, dates, or mealtime functions may necessitate revision of room rental fees.
Custom Menu Planning
Our Catering department will be most pleased to custom design any menu. Ask our Sales office for information.
Table Centerpieces
Elegant table centerpieces are available upon request at a rental fee. Ask our Sales office for information.
Room Assignments
Function rooms are assigned in accordance with anticipated attendance. Revisions in the attendance may necessitate reassignment to a more suitable function room at the hotel's discretion.
House Policies
The Hall Of Fame Inn Canton is granted a liquor license by the state of Ohio, therefore we must comply with their regulations. No beverages, alcohol, or otherwise may be brought into the hotel meeting and banquet rooms by the patrons or attendees.
For functions with groups with minors, extra security will be required. This is an extra fee to the group. All minors are subject to State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control carding. For proms: number and list of chaperones due in advance. State law requires one chaperone for every 25 minors.
Deposits
Banquet deposit policy will be explained on the individual contracts with your Sales representative.
