Our meeting and banqueting facilities can accommodate conventions, exhibits, meetings, dinner dances, seminars, weddings, and any other type of function, with the utmost care and special experienced service in an extraordinary setting unlike any other in the Lehigh Valley. Videoconferencing and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available. All rooms include telephone with modem jack, and a separate group registration area is available. Event reader boards are provided.
Conference Facilities
We can offer videoconferencing for small or large groups. High-speed data phone lines (T1) are now wired into all the parlors and into the smaller meeting rooms.
In addition, we can set up very sophisticated dataconferencing and audioconferencing in any meeting room via a standard phone line. All the technical details will be handled by our consultants, TechniCom Audio & Visual Inc, who are local specialists in high-tech meeting equipment and authorized dealers for 3M Advanced Meeting Solutions.
TechniCom has recently been appointed one of only two companies in Pennsylvania to represent the 3M Company's line of conferencing / meeting room equipment and their Advanced Meeting Solutions network.
TechniCom handles all the technical questions and arrangements for the hotel sales staff and works with the client directly to connect to the distant sites' equipment. There is a TechniCom technician on the property before and during all videoconferences to assure that the sessions go smoothly.
