Cendyn has further committed to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.
Cendyn is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Cendyn complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Cendyn is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Cendyn may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Collection of Information
Use of Information
We use the personal information you provide to fulfill your order, assess the needs of your business to determine suitable products, send you request product information, send you product updates, and respond to your customer service requests.
Cendyn is interested in improving the Site and may develop and offer new features and services. We monitor Aggregated Data regarding use of the Site for marketing purposes and to study, improve and promote use of the Site. Upon request Cendyn will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete/remove it by making the change on your account or by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request to access within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Cendyn has two exceptions to these limits on use of personal information: (1) Cendyn may monitor and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required, disclose information to protect the security, property, assets and/or rights of Cendyn from unauthorized use, or misuse, of the Site or anything found at the Site, protect your rights, protect the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; (2) Cendyn may disclose information when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process; however, only to the extent necessary and in a manner that seeks to maintain the privacy of the individual.
If Cendyn is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your personal information, and choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Cendyn collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
Cendyn acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Cendyn’ Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Cendyn will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
