Personal information includes, but may not be limited to data submitted in connection with the Services, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, company affiliation, physical address and/or certain other personal information. The term "Aggregated Data" refers to general information regarding visitors and users of the Site that relates to use of the Site, e.g., traffic patterns, number of visits to certain pages, visits from other web sites or to third-party web sites linked to the Site, use of particular services and interest in services, information or features of the Site or other parties made available through or found at the Site.

We use the personal information you provide to fulfill your order, assess the needs of your business to determine suitable products, send you request product information, send you product updates, and respond to your customer service requests.

Cendyn/ONE is interested in improving the Site and may develop and offer new features and services. We monitor Aggregated Data regarding use of the Site for marketing purposes and to study, improve and promote use of the Site. In connection with such purposes, Cendyn/ONE may share Aggregated Data with third parties collectively and in an anonymous way. Disclosure of Aggregated Data does not reveal personal information about individual Site users in any way that identifies who they are or how to contact them.

Access and Choice

We take the utmost care to ensure that the personal information we obtain from you is not used in a way that you may be unaware of or not agreeable to. You may wish to submit an information request about one of our Products or Services, participate in one of our promotions or subscribe to our e-mail or postal mail lists. In response, we may ask for information such as your name and postal address. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified by you at the bottom of the information gathering form. All forms will provide an opt-out button to allow you to choose not to participate in Cendyn or Cendyn/ONE lists and future online marketing. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for Cendyn and/or Cendyn/ONE purposes or in joint promotions with a Cendyn/ONE partner. We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other party including any third-party joint promoters, nor use it for unapproved commercial purposes. You may request to be removed from our lists at any time. All emails distributed to our lists will contain easy, online access to unsubscribe.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete/remove it by making the change on your account or by emailing our Customer Support at support@cendyn.com. We will respond to your request to access within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Information Sharing

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy.

Cendyn/ONE has two exceptions to these limits on use of personal information: (1) Cendyn/ONE may monitor and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required, disclose information to protect the security, property, assets and/or rights of Cendyn/ONE from unauthorized use, or misuse, of the Site or anything found at the Site, protect your rights, protect the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; (2) Cendyn/ONE may disclose information when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process; however, only to the extent necessary and in a manner that seeks to maintain the privacy of the individual.

If Cendyn/ONE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your personal information, and choices you may have regarding your personal information.

We may also provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as sending you emails or offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Use of Tracking Technologies

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts and tags are used by Cendyn/ONE and our marketing partners, affiliates or analytics or service providers such as Google and Doubleclick. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing these types of tracking technologies.

To enable features at the Site, Cendyn/ONE may assign one or more "cookies" to your Internet browser. Cookies, among other things, speed navigation through our Site, keep track of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Site, and may provide you with customized content. A cookie is an internet mechanism composed of a small text file containing a unique identification number that permits a web server to send small pieces of information or text by means of your browser and place them on your computer's hard drive for storage. This text lets the web server know if you have previously visited the web page. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user.

We use cookies to collect and maintain aggregated data (such as the number of visitors) to help us see which areas are most popular with our users and improve and update the content on our site. While in the process of browsing our site, you also provide us with information that doesn't reveal your personal identity -- what type of destination you're exploring, for example. We use this aggregated data only as explained in this Privacy Policy. We do not connect aggregated data to any name, address, or other identifying information.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.

We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.

We also partner with a third party to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this website and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out by clicking here or if located in the European Union, click here. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.

Information Related to Data Collected on Behalf of our Clients

Cendyn/ONE collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Cendyn/ONE’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Cendyn/ONE will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing it.
