Embassy Suites by Hilton LAX North (managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts) hosts a constant rotation of meetings and events. A close drive to the beach, downtown and with a robot butler named “Winnie,” the 220-guest room Los Angeles hotel caters to a diverse mix of clients, including corporate, sports, military and religious groups.
 
THE CHALLENGE
Responding to RFPs (requests for proposals) for groups and events used to be a time-consuming, arduous task, copying and pasting information into Word documents, including property photos and food and beverage details. All of that information added up to a heavy email attachment sent to potential clients that often got lost in the inbox shuffle and a clunky creation process for staff that took entirely too long.
