What drew you to tech? When I was completing my bachelor’s degree in 1993, most of the Indian companies started to use computers. I decided to do my master’s in computers, as I expected the job opportunities would be strong.

What inspires you at the moment? Volunteer work at the temple.

What are the biggest barriers for women entering the tech industry and what are your ideas to overcome these? I believe there are no barriers for women to enter the tech industry, as long as women get family support.
