Cendyn CRM Promotion – Spring 2025
Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY
   1. Cendyn’s Spring 2025 CCRM (as defined below) Promotion (“Promotion”) is available to new and existing Cendyn customers (“Customer(s)”) subject to the following criteria:
      1. Customer does not implement more than 5 hotels into Cendyn CRM as part of its initial implementation in connection with this Promotion;
      2. only standard integrations (existing 1-way PMS integrations and GuestRevu) are included as part of this Promotion;
      3. Customer agrees to Cendyn’s standard Master Services Agreement and standard order form, and has signed all contracting documents by or before the end of the Promotion Term (as defined below);
      4. Customer agrees to a subscription term of no less than 12 months;
      5. Customer’s subscription start date will be no later than 90 days after Customer signs the Cendyn CRM agreement with Cendyn;
      6. Any integrations that Customer needs already exist in Cendyn CRM at the contract start date
      7. Customer is not already on a Cendyn CRM platform, such as Cendyn CRM (as defined below), eInsight, Nextguest, Guestfolio, and Digital Hotelier; and
      8. Customer has not already signed an order form for a Cendyn CRM platform prior to the start of the Promotion.
   2. Customer understands that if, at some later point, it wants to implement more than 5 hotels that it will not be entitled to the promotional pricing offered by this Promotion.
   3. Customer understands that Promotional Rates (as defined below) are only applicable for the original term of the Cendyn CRM agreement. Upon renewal, including auto renewal, all prices will revert to standard rates.
   4. Customer agrees that this Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, negotiated pricing agreements, or proposals previously made by Cendyn or provided to Customer.
2. DETAILS OF PROMOTIONAL OFFER
   1. The Promotion only applies to Cendyn’s new CRM platform (“Cendyn CRM”)
   2. The Promotion offers eligible Customers the following discounts (“Promotional Rates”):
      1. 30% off the costs of standard implementation;
   3. This Promotion begins on February 20, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59pm (PT) (the “Promotion Term”).
3. RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS
   1. This Promotion cannot be transferred and has no cash value.
   2. Any misrepresentations (either directly or through omission) made by Customer related to this Promotion may result in termination of the Promotion, charging of standard pricing, and/or account termination.
   3. Cendyn reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
   4. Cendyn reserves the right to modify the terms of this Promotions at any time without notice.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS
   1. Your personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion is subject to our privacy policy.
   2. By participating in the Promotion you agree that any disputes arising out of this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware in the United States, and Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wilmington, Delaware, United States.
