How the integration works
Once Cendyn’s eInsight CRM is live, simply submit a request form to connect via OpenTable’s integration marketplace. Once the two systems are connected, if the guest profile is found within eInsight CRM, the system will send the guest profile data directly into their OpenTable guest profile. OpenTable can also send dining reservations directly to that guest’s profile within eInsight CRM, allowing you to leverage that information in future marketing efforts.
