Riu chose to work with Cendyn and uses our Digital Media Platform to:

- Training in our Digital Media Platform, to better manage advertising campaigns and the implementation of optimization strategies
- Developing, in collaboration with the client’s teams, customized connectivity between Riu Hotels and the metasearch related to their offers’ typology
- Managing and developing the Google Hotel Ads conditional rates, in order to adapt to the Riu Hotels offer rules and allow the opening of GHA campaigns on all markets
- Continuously updating API connections to ensure the accuracy of prices sent to metasearch
- Assigning technical and strategic account managers to the account for greater responsiveness

All the group’s hotels are now distributed on metasearch. The actions implemented and their presence on metasearch have enabled them to increase their direct sales by 87% since the launch of the campaigns.
