About Cendyn

Michael oversees global marketing and eCommerce at Cendyn. He has over 25 years of international management experience, working with companies such as White Lodging and KSL Capital. His specialties lie in both B2B and B2C marketing, digital and mobile implementations, all with a proven track record of success. Michael focuses on managing with an emphasis on profitable growth through an increase in CLV, while constantly reiterating that creative marketing is only successful when held accountable to the results it produces. Michael currently resides in San Diego with his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Jeff earned his BBA in accounting at The University of Texas, Austin. He is an accomplished Senior Finance and Operations Executive with close to 40 years of experience and leadership in Finance, Accounting, and Operations. Jeff spent the last 15 years in Private Equity backed companies including Uptempo, Arena Solutions, and Abila. At these companies, he has shown a proven ability to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, financial management, and lead cross-functional teams through outstanding people leadership resulting in multiple exits. A true Austinite, Jeff lives there with his wife and their white shepherd, Nova. He’s an enthusiastic supporter of Longhorns and University of Texas sports, with a particular passion for baseball, a sport he played while attending. Jeff is also a proud father of three adult children who reside nearby, allowing the family to enjoy country music and classic westerns together.

Tom is an accomplished technology and operations executive with deep experience leading customer success, product analytics, and global service organizations in the SaaS and IT industries. Prior to joining Cendyn, Tom held senior leadership roles at companies including Autotask, Datto, and FactSet, where he drove large-scale transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth across international markets.

Throughout his career, Tom has partnered closely with private equity firms such as Vista Equity Partners to deliver strategic value creation through data, innovation, and disciplined execution. As COO at Cendyn, he is focused on scaling operations, optimizing customer outcomes, and advancing the company’s mission to empower hoteliers through data-driven technology.

Jenny is responsible for leading the Human Resources function and programs to ensure Cendyn recruits, engages, retains, and develops our talented associates at all levels. Jenny has nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resource leadership focusing on delivering results for service based high growth companies in a number of industries such as hospitality, professional services, legal outsourcing, restaurant and retail.  She has deep experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations focusing on organizational leadership development, talent recruitment, and retention. Jenny graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and holds Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and SHRM – SCP certifications. Jenny also in a member of the Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta Board of Directors.

Nicki is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with nearly two decades of experience in the public relations and marketing fields, with 10 of those years focused on the hospitality technology industry. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Cendyn, Nicki leads a global team of marketing, communications and business development professionals who are responsible for generating demand, increasing brand awareness, and building pipeline for Cendyn’s products and services. Prior to her time at Cendyn, she lead communications and public relations strategy for healthcare clients at IPG and WPP public relations agencies.

As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Ricky plays a pivotal role in growing customer acquisition of the portfolio of Cendyn products worldwide. Ricky has worked in the travel and hospitality technology industry for over 20 years delivering commercial strategies for leading industry technology companies including Duetto, eRevmax, and Lanyon.

Yakesh is Chief Technology Officer at Cendyn, leading the research and development teams as they transition from stand-alone product development teams into one common engineering workforce, increasing agility and quality. He has been responsible for re-architecting a key CMS product, driving down cloud costs by 70 percent, and laying the foundation for a true SaaS product. Arora has spent nearly 25 years in technology, 15 of which have been in the hospitality industry. He joined Cendyn in 2022 as part of an acquisition, and before joining the company, he was the co-founder and CTO of a disruptive tech startup in the hospitality sector. In that role, he built an industry-first guest management and marketing platform, migrated products to the AWS cloud, designed and built a SaaS hotel booking engine, and more.

Kendall is the General Manager of Knowland by Cendyn, overseeing strategy and operations to drive long-term growth. She leads global initiatives, including international expansion and product integration, positioning Knowland as a provider of innovative, data-driven solutions for hospitality professionals worldwide. Kendall earned her BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Prior to Cendyn, she held various roles at Workday, P2 Energy Solutions, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. While at Workday, she was named North American Large Enterprise Services Executive of the Year, and both co-founded and lead the first fully Virtual Employee Belonging Council chapter to help connect employees outside of the office.

Subho is responsible for successfully leading, accelerating and expanding Cendyn’s India footprint. Subho is an astute leader of new business set-ups, transformations and turnarounds in PE Owned and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Cendyn, Subho founded ROYB, a start-up for Online Reputation of Companies. Before his entrepreneurial stint, Subho worked at Open Solutions, Fiserv and ADP in strategic leadership roles across multiple geographies. He earned his Post Graduate Certificate from Xavier School of Management and his Bachelors in Commerce from Kolkata University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Dev-Ops Master, CISSO, PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Certified Risk Professional. Subho currently resides in Hyderabad with his wife and two sons. Subho is an ardent traveller and enjoys playing soccer & cricket.

As Chief of Staff, Betsey helps establish both long-term objectives and the day-to-day operational cadence of the business while acting as a cooperative partner across all Cendyn’s functional departments. Her strategic mindset and organizational expertise make her the perfect fit to support our executive priorities and cross-functional initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in driving value creation through strategic program and project management, her career encompasses leadership roles in both high-growth SaaS companies and large-scale enterprise environments, where she has consistently delivered measurable outcomes across customer lifecycle operations, delivery, and PMO functions. Prior to her tenure at Cendyn, Betsey held pivotal roles at WorkForce Software and Beeline. Her work in these organizations underscores her ability to navigate complex business landscapes and drive transformative change including engagements with Fortune 50 companies in Hospitality, Tech, Banking, Retail, Entertainment, Pharmaceutical, and Oil & Gas industries.

Kevin is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 25 years of experience shaping commercial strategies across branded and independent hotels. As Executive Vice President, Product at Cendyn, he drives product vision and strategy, blending deep expertise in revenue management with sales, marketing, and operations. Known for his hands-on, innovative leadership, Kevin has consistently elevated profitability, service standards, and team success. Beyond his role, he contributes to industry associations, mentoring future leaders and advancing profitability strategies to meet the demands of a changing economy.

Outside of work, Kevin is a proud husband and father to two energetic boys. He enjoys coaching little league baseball, where his love of teamwork and mentorship extends from the boardroom to the ballfield. Balancing family, career, and community, Kevin brings the same passion for growth and leadership to all areas of his life.
