THE CHALLENGE
The Ballyfin Hotel wanted to improve its digital strategy and the design of its website. The hotel’s management chose to work with Cendyn to:

To meet the needs of the hotel, we have put in place several solutions. We conducted an audit of the hotel’s digital marketing to identify the actions to be taken:
- Creation of a bespoke website
- Fluid navigation structure that encourages the user to book
- Promotion of the hotel’s activities on the website
- Team’s training on the CMS (content management system)
- Regular performance monitoring between the hotel and Cendyn teams

The Ballyfin Hotel offers a unique digital experience thanks to its new modern, efficient, and secure website.
The hotel recorded an 18% increase in booking volume on its official website, thanks to the improved customer experience. We observed a significant increase in the new website’s conversion rate. Also, the adaptive design technology has helped increase mobile sales by 26%.

This 5-star establishment is located in the heart of Ireland at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. The house has long been admired as the most lavish Regency mansion in Ireland. After 9 years of renovation, the Ballyfin opened its doors in May 2011. The hotel's 20 rooms are beautifully appointed and perfectly reflect the unique style of the original house.
